Don Adams went out of his way "literally" to help us out when we were trying to decide whether or not to purchase a new vehicle. He even brought the vehicle to our house for us to look at it and test drive it! Also, Annmarie Jamar in Customer Relations was always there to answer all the questions I had and relay messages for me when I'd email her! I realized the day after we purchased the vehicle that I had left something in the vehicle we traded.. I emailed Annmarie and she made sure the item was secured from the vehicle and Don Adams even offered to bring it to my house!
